3. Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, Bytes Internet does not guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Network upgrades
- Force majeure events
- Technical issues beyond our control
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in advance on a monthly basis. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination. All prices are in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and are subject to applicable taxes.
5. Fair Usage Policy
While we offer unlimited data, we maintain a fair usage policy to ensure quality service for all customers. Activities that may be restricted include:
- Running commercial servers without authorization
- Excessive bandwidth consumption affecting other users
- Illegal file sharing or copyright infringement
- Any activity violating Bangladesh telecommunications laws
6. Installation and Equipment
Bytes Internet will provide and install necessary equipment for service delivery. The equipment remains the property of Bytes Internet and must be returned upon service termination. Customers are responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
7. Service Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Bytes Internet reserves the right to immediately terminate service for:
- Non-payment of fees
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Illegal activities
- Abuse of network resources
8. Limitation of Liability
Bytes Internet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding month.
9. Changes to Terms
Bytes Internet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
